This method allows users to create reusable document templates from existing documents, streamlining the drafting process for recurring contract types.
Upload Reference Document: Upload an existing document that will serve as the reference for creating the template.
Convert to Template: The system analyzes the uploaded document to identify editable placeholders and variable fields, transforming it into a dynamic template.
Fill Template Details: Enter the required information into the placeholders, eliminating the need to manually edit the entire document.
Generate and Export Document: After completing the template fields, generate the finalized document and export it for use.
This interactive drafting method guides users through the document creation process using an AI assistant that collects necessary information via a question-and-answer flow.
Select Document Type: Choose the type of document to draft, such as an NDA, AMC agreement, or other contract types.
Interactive Question Flow: The AI assistant asks targeted questions based on the selected document type to gather all required details.
